Please note that worn items are not eligible for returns. Regrettably, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges beyond the initial 15-day period from the receipt date.
For online orders, please be advised that the buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. For any return requests, kindly reach out to us via email at star5seatcovers@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you may proceed to ship the item back to us. Please ensure to provide us with a tracking number once the return is dispatched.
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will promptly initiate the refund process for your original payment within 5 business days.

It's important to note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from rips, cuts, or scratches.

For U.S. shipping (locations, import duties and taxes)
UPS is our primary carrier. We offer shipping to most cities in the U.S.; however, this excludes Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Please note that the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes to receive their shipment. If these fees are not paid, UPS may hold your items or return them to the sender.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 12 PM EST will be promptly processed and dispatched on the same day. In cases where orders are received after this time, they will be shipped out on the subsequent business day. Anticipated delivery times by the carrier typically range from 3 to 7 business days.
