Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s journey right to your door.


Order Processing Time Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM EST will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next business day. Estimated delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your distance from our Ontario warehouse.


No P.O. Box Addresses Please be advised that we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete physical street address when placing your order.


In-Store Pickup Online purchases with the in-store pickup option are available. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please follow the instructions outlined in the email. We will hold your order for several days, allowing you to collect it at a time that works best for you.

Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a full refund (less shipping), items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all original packaging intact.


What’s Not Eligible for Return Please review the conditions below that make an item ineligible for return or exchange:

*Items not in original condition: This includes any products showing signs of use, installation, dirt, wear, or damage. These items are strictly non-returnable.

*Late requests: Returns or exchanges requested after the 30-day return period.


Restocking Fees & Open Box Items

*New/Unused Condition: Eligible for a standard return.

*Open Box / Tried On: Items that have been opened or tried on but are clean and in resalable condition may be subject to a restocking & repackaging fee of 15-30%.

*Used/Damaged: Items returned in used or damaged condition do not meet our eligibility requirements. They will not be refunded and may be returned to the sender at the buyer's expense.


Return Shipping (Trackable Service Required) For online orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Important: Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service

(e.g., UPS, Canada Post with tracking).

*We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.

Product Warranty We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Your purchase is protected by a 12-month limited warranty, effective from your original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, such as:

*Defective stitching or seams.

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide a dated sales receipt or online order confirmation as proof of purchase. Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase or made after the 12-month period will not be honored.


Important Warranty Details:

*Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, rips, cuts, scratches, misuse (including commercial vehicle use such as Taxi/Uber/Lyft), improper care, or normal wear and tear.

*Resolution: Warranty service will be limited to replacing the specific defective part, not the entire product set.

*Style Matching: For claims made more than 6 months after purchase, replacement parts may differ slightly in style or shade, based on current available stock.

*We reserve the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims.
