If the products fail to meet your expectations, you have the option to request a full refund or exchange the item(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible, the items must remain in their original, unused, and unworn condition. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original state will incur a restocking fee ranging from 15-25%. Please note that worn items are not eligible for returns. Regrettably, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges beyond the initial 30-day period from the receipt date.

Once your return is approved, you can ship the item back to us, ensuring to include a tracking number or bring it directly to the store. Upon receiving and confirming your returns, we will proceed to refund your original payment, excluding the original shipping expenses. The buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with all returns.
